[[Pandora|Regula]] knows from her father that he was originally Ivan Komarov, a nuclear technician caught in a terrible accident, and driven mad by the apparent death of his wife and daughter.

He was attempting to drain the energy from the [[SolarMax]] mission in Halycon City, encountered [[The Exemplars]], and caused a small nuclear catastrophe in the bay when he was defeated by the team and pulled into the present day.
