Temperance

A Harbinger from the future. When she is from Earth defeated the Regulans, but things got a lot worse. She absorbed the temporal powers from the leader of the Resistance just before things fell apart and came now to try and fix things.

She was able to find Regula and thinks she's important to making things better.

Her powers are that she can absorb and redirect energy, to avoid heat sensors, and has some combat ability with it.
